A box filled with our 3 salads plus pickle, kimchi and all the toppings. Then add your choice of the meat or tofu.
The 3 salads are freshly made daily on site and are Trill Farm organic greens in a Japanese-style dressing, Asian slaw with homemade vegan sriracha mayo, and a dressed seasonal salad.
Our evening menu will vary more than lunch but will feature classic Asian tapas-style small dishes such as;
Crispy chicken thigh, double fried in potato start=ch and then cooked with a sweet spicy gochujang sauce .
Slightly charred air-fried cauli florets, cooked again with a sweet spicy gochujang sauce.
